Warum zwei Arten von Kohlenhydraten?
Da der Körper für Glukose und Fruktose unterschiedliche Kohlenhydrattransporter verwendet, liegt die maximale Aufnahme von Glukose bei 60 Gramm pro Stunde und von Fruktose bei 30 Gramm pro Stunde. Zusätzliche Elektrolyte

Produit conforme, goût agréable
Je les trouve très bien car pas trop sucrés et le parfum me convient parfaitement
Très bonnes pâtes de fruits à déguster pendant l'effort. Les 2 gouts, cassis et agrumes sont parfaits. Petit format facile à emmener dans ses poches de maillot. Un "prédécoupage" en trois portions pour ceux qui ne veulent pas tout manger d'un coup. Et 22,5 g de glucides par barre pour facilement calculer ses besoins pendant une épreuve.
Per me, che non riesco ad usare le barrette, l'ho trovato ideale.

Étant diabétique parfois il me faut "un peu " de sucre sans tomber dans un resucrage massif et c'est parfait de plus il n'est pas écœurant

Product is excellent, however delivery leaves something to be desired! EVRI are incredibly slow, item lay at their local delivery depot for over a week. Your excellent products are being let down by a poor delivery service, hence the lower star rating
