Pro Flex 4Endurance ist eine fortschrittliche Formel, die hydrolysiertes Rinderkollagen der Typen I und III, Glucosamin, Chondroitin, MSM, Boswellia-Extrakt und Hyaluronsäure kombiniert.
Es handelt sich um eine sorgfältig ausgewählte Kombination von Inhaltsstoffen für alle, die ihre tägliche Ernährung mit einer hohen Dosis Kollagen und zusätzlichen Inhaltsstoffen in einer einzigen Formel ergänzen möchten.
Jede Portion enthält 9 g hydrolysiertes Kollagen. Darüber hinaus ist die Formel mit den Vitaminen C, D und B6 sowie Hyaluronsäure angereichert.
Vitamin C trägt zu einer normalen Kollagenbildung für eine normale Funktion von Knochen und Knorpel bei und trägt zum Schutz der Zellen vor oxidativem Stress bei. Vitamin D trägt zur Erhaltung normaler Knochen bei.
Kollagen ist ein körpereigenes Protein und ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Bindegewebes. Hydrolysiertes Kollagen wird in kleinere Peptide aufgespalten und lässt sich dadurch einfach in die tägliche Ernährung integrieren.
Pro Flex 4Endurance ist eine ideale Wahl für aktive Menschen, die ihre tägliche Ernährung mit einer hohen Dosis Kollagen und einer sorgfältig ausgewählten Kombination von Inhaltsstoffen ergänzen möchten.

3 Messlöffel (20 g) mit 250–400 ml Wasser vermischen.
Das Produkt sollte idealerweise zwischen den beiden Hauptmahlzeiten über den Tag verteilt eingenommen werden.
Tip: Das Produkt enthält keine künstlichen Zusatzstoffe wie Guarkernmehl oder Xanthan. Dadurch ist das Anrühren mit Wasser etwas schwieriger. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung eines Shakers oder Mixers. Am besten eignet sich Wasser mit Raumtemperatur.

Das Produkt selbst ist sehr gut.
Ich verstehe aber nicht warum 400g Pulver in einer Dose verpackt sind in der locker 1kg Platz haben. Zumal an anderer Stelle hier im Shopp die Reduzierung von Verpackungsmüll angeprangert wird indem für Nrgy-Gels ein Verschluss-System entwickelt wurde bei dem sich der Deckel nicht komplett abreißen lässt.

vielen Dank für Dein positives Feedback zur Wirkung von Pro Flex und Deine ehrliche Kritik bezüglich der Verpackung.
Wir verstehen Deinen Unmut absolut. Dass die Dose auf den ersten Blick zu groß wirkt, liegt an technischen Vorgaben beim Abfüllprozess: Das Pulver benötigt direkt nach der Abfüllung ein gewisses Luftvolumen (den sogenannten Abfüllraum), um maschinell versiegelt zu werden. Zudem setzt sich das Pulver während des Transports noch stark ab, wodurch in der Dose nachträglich viel freier Raum entsteht.
Dennoch nehmen wir Deinen Hinweis sehr ernst. Dein Vergleich mit unseren Systemen zur Müllreduzierung ist vollkommen berechtigt. Wir arbeiten kontinuierlich daran, unsere Verpackungsgrößen zu optimieren und den Materialeinsatz über unser gesamtes Sortiment hinweg so gering wie möglich zu halten.

Lo sto usando solo da una settimana, per cui al momento è presto per dare un giudizio completo sull’efficacia. Però posso dire che a differenza da quanto avevo letto non ho avuto alcuna difficoltà a scioglierlo ed ha un buon sapore. Per adesso la prima sensazione nel complesso è positiva.

Pensavo che la mia carriera da calciatore e running fosse arrivata al capolinea. A 42 anni con un fisico sportivo non riuscivo a convincermi di smettere di praticare sport. La pubblicità di 4endurance sul web era l'ultima possibilità che mi concedevo dopo aver provato di tutto. Inizio a provarlo per 3 settimane, ma niente... il dolore al ginocchio si faceva sentire. Ma non volevo mollare perché ci credevo in questo prodotto. Quindi ne ho acquistati altre 3 perché in tutte le cose i risultati si ottengono con la costanza e la perseveranza così ho continuato a prendere il PRO FLEX per altri 2 mesi. Mi chiamo Antonio ho fatto una risonanza magnetica Maggio 2024 riscontrando "assottigliamento della cartilagine e una fissura al menisco". Infortunio rimediato in un torneo a calcio a 7 Gennaio 2024 con una mezza torsione del ginocchio. Praticamente fine dei giochi da parte di tutti gli ortopedici e di chi aveva subìto questo tipo di infortunio che mi diceva lascia stare calcio e corsa e datti al ciclismo e nuoto. Ma io testa dura non volevo lasciare né uno né l'altro e grazie "PRO FLEX" non sento più dolore e sono ritornato a correre e segnare gol a valanga a 43 anni. Je pensais que ma carrière de footballeur et de coureur était terminée. À 42 ans, avec un physique athlétique, je n’arrivais pas à arrêter le sport. Puis, je suis tombé sur une publicité de 4Endurance sur Internet – c’était ma dernière chance, après avoir tout essayé. J’ai commencé à l’utiliser pendant trois semaines, mais rien… la douleur au genou était toujours là. Pourtant, je ne voulais pas abandonner, car je croyais en ce produit. Alors, j’en ai acheté trois autres, car les résultats viennent avec la constance et la persévérance. J’ai continué à prendre PRO FLEX pendant encore deux mois.
Je m’appelle Antonio. En mai 2024, une IRM a révélé un amincissement du cartilage et une fissure du ménisque. La blessure s’est produite en janvier 2024, lors d’un tournoi de football à 7, après une légère torsion du genou. Pratiquement tous les spécialistes en orthopédie et les personnes ayant subi ce type de blessure m’ont dit d’arrêter le football et la course à pied et de me tourner vers le vélo et la natation. Mais j’étais obstiné, je ne voulais pas abandonner. Grâce à PRO FLEX, je ne ressens plus de douleur, et à 43 ans, je suis de retour à la course et je marque à nouveau des buts !

Pensé que mi carrera como futbolista y corredor había llegado a su fin. A los 42 años, con un físico atlético, no podía convencerme de dejar de hacer deporte. El anuncio de 4Endurance que vi en internet era mi última oportunidad después de haber probado de todo. Comencé a tomarlo durante tres semanas, pero nada… el dolor de rodilla seguía ahí. Pero no quería rendirme porque tenía fe en este producto. Así que compré tres más, porque los resultados se logran con constancia y perseverancia. Seguí tomando PRO FLEX durante otros dos meses.
Me llamo Antonio. En mayo de 2024, me hice una resonancia magnética que mostró un "adelgazamiento del cartílago y una fisura en el menisco". La lesión ocurrió en un torneo de fútbol 7 en enero de 2024 con una ligera torsión de la rodilla.
