Se disuelve bien y no tiene sabor

Ainda não tive a percepção clara sobre a os benefícios da creatina Monohidratada da 4endurance, porque estou a tomar à pouco tempo, no entanto, 3 aspetos muito positivos: a embalagem é estanque à humidade, não tem sabor, o que permite uma toma com qualquer bebida sem prejudicar o paladar e dissolve-se muito bem. Quanto ao mais importante que é o efeito no organismo, espero senti-lo daqui a umas semanas!

je prends la créatine dans mon petit dejeuner à base de Skyr. cela se dissout très bien. Par contre le contenant est bien trop grand pour le contenu. pourquoi ne pas proposer 500g dans ce meme contenant ?

La créatine micronisée est une poudre très aérée au moment du conditionnement, ce qui nécessite un contenant plus grand. Même si la poudre se tasse naturellement pendant le transport, le pot peut donner cette impression de vide. Nous prenons bien note de votre suggestion pour le format 500g, c'est une excellente idée que nous transmettons à notre équipe! Bons entraînements !

Mixes well with some stirring in water, sirup or hide it in a morning yogurt. The powder is very fine and doesn’t immediate clump and collect at the botten of a glass. Flavour is really neutral. I am happy with the product.
